MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Our goods and services are available to Members of our Association. We will invite you to read and sign our Membership Agreement at your first appointment. Membership is free.
CANCELATION POLICY
Please call 1-808-896-1816 to notify us if you are experiencing an emergency, unusual health symptoms, or feeling ill, and cannot come to your appointment, and we will gladly cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask 24 hours advance notice for cancelations due to other reasons. Missed appointments or cancelations with no advance notice may be charged the full amount for services booked.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Our rooms are equipped with InvisiClean Hepa Air Purifiers with ionizers + ultraviolet light sanitization, and we diffuse antimicrobial essential oils. If fresh air is a concern for you, outdoor massage is a great option to maximize airflow and enjoy the healing energy of Nature. We would be happy to meet you at a beach in Kawaihae or Puako for an additional Travel Donation.
MASK POLICY
Masks are optional. Thank you for respecting our religious and medical freedom, and we will gladly respect yours. We honor your choice to wear a mask if it helps you feel safer, however we may or may not be able or willing to wear a mask.
VACCINATION POLICY
We honor everyone's medical and religious freedom, and will never discriminate against our Members or deny services based on vaccination status. We do not comply with unlawful mandates, statutes, codes, regulations, or orders that violate human rights, civil liberties, informed consent, or medical privacy. PLEASE DO NOT ASK YOUR THERAPIST IF THEY ARE VACCINATED (you will be asked to leave and full payment for services booked will be required). Thank you for NOT participating in medical or religious discrimination. We appreciate your respect.
